When Meghan first entered the Royal Family she was welcomed with open arms, there were reports that even The Queen’s corgis liked her. Meghan was reported to have visited Kate and her family when they were neighbors at Kensington Palace. This was also where the rumors of a fed began because Kate skipped going to Meghan’s bridal shower, albeit the Duchess of Cambridge was nine months pregnant at the time.
There were questions about Kate missing the important date in Meghan’s life, but perhaps the future Duchess of Sussex began to have reservations about Kate. While the run-up to Harry and Meghan’s wedding was exciting, it was also where the press seemed to turn on Meghan.
