A gold medal winner in the track and field department and a former ballet dancer, she began to make her mark in the news world when she started working as a CBS reporter. In 2011, ESPN hired Anderson, making her the first woman to work as an NFL insider. She has also worked on Sunday NFL Countdown and the show NFL Insider.
