On April 20, 1986, Michael Jordan put on a playoff performance to remember. During just his second season in the league, the GOAT waltzed into Boston and scored 63 points against Larry Bird and the Celtics. The 63 points were the most scored in a postseason game. That Boston Celtics team had five Hall of Fame players, which makes MJ’s performance against them even more remarkable. Bird even uttered the now famous phrase “God disguised as Michael Jordan,” after the game. Jordan and the Bulls pushed the Celtics to double overtime, but eventually lost and were swept in the series.
