The Osmonds as a family originate from Ogden, Utah, and consist of George and Olive Osmond and their nine children. George and Olive fell in love in the dark times of WW2, and eventually married in 1944.
As the prosperity of post-war joy soon swept across America, George and Olive started a family together with their first son George (Virl), later followed by Tom, Alan, Wayne, Merrill, Jay, Donny, Marie, and Jimmy. They were certainly a big family, and what’s more, they were a talented bunch, too!
