This probably doesn’t come as a surprise, as Eminem – also known as Marshall Mathers – has made his reputation off the back of his painful past. He’s even got his own movie which he stars in called ‘8 Mile’ – it’s not every day a biopic stars the real deal!
Eminem has often alluded to a dark past, suggesting his father left him when he was young, that he was caught up in crimes from a young age, and had to fight for his success. If you’ve had to fight that hard, you’d probably want everyone to understand too.
