Gerald Ford was the 38th President of the United States, and is perhaps most famous for not only pardoning Richard Nixon, but also being the only person to not be elected to either the Vice Presidency nor the Presidency. But before he started in politics, Former President Ford played center for the University of Michigan Wolverines in the 1930s. He was given offers to play for pro football teams after college, but he decided to go to law school at Yale instead.
