Emma Rose Kenney was born on September 14, 1999, in Manhattan, New York. Of course, at the time, no one knew she would go on to become a famous American actress, and at such a young age, too. She was the daughter of sports writer, Kevin Kenney, and criminal defense lawyer, Gillian Kenney.
Her parents were wildly dissimilar to the young Emma who would grow up in a world of theater – they had no connection to acting in any way.
