After less than a year, the engaged couple – who just splashed over six million on their new Malibu beach house – decided to sell their briefly-owned Park Avenue apartment and it is currently on the market for $17.5 million. While 4,000 square feet and three bedrooms definitely seems like a spacious living arrangement for most, for A-listers J.Lo and A-Rod, the condo isn’t quite large enough.
As a blended family-of-six the celebrity pair are now on the lookout for something that can accommodate their growing family. An inside source claimed that although the duo “loves the services” of the super-luxe New York City tower, they are searching for “a much larger spread downtown.”
