Even so, this royal needs to keep her cool no matter what. Even if the situation means she is smiling away while her skirt is taking a trip of its own. Kate might be a duchess by title, but we’re starting to think she is the queen of cool as she merely uses her clutch bag to cover at least some of her modesty.
