Paris wrote the caption that she was dressing up as one of her “Hilton pets” for Halloween in this picture. For the ones who didn’t know what a “Hilton pet” was on that Halloween night, they probably weren’t upset about her decision to dress up as one.
“Hilton Pets” is actually another social media account she runs that focuses on her pets, most notably her little white furry dog. Based on that, her outfit does seem to match the description.
