The Brits have proven to be pretty practical in the past, and this is no exception. This person really knows how to keep it cool on the train. Although we wouldn’t call it the most practical idea, it certainly looks as though this was working. It does lead us to ask questions like did he buy the fan and was transporting it home? Or, had he deliberately brought the fan on the train in anticipation for the heat to have affected public transport?

Either way, this probably sparked a few conversations on his travels. This person might look like they have come up with an original idea; however, in the past week, this was a fairly standard view. People were dragging their fans from home on their sticky journeys all over the country. They do know portable fans exist- right?
