Because of the karma system on Reddit, it’s not entirely uncommon to find people going to great lengths to secure some more karma points. People will steal photos, go for obvious jokes, and occasionally just flat-out lie. This person thought they could get some easy karma by showing that they somehow got a carton of eggs from Costco that all had double yolks.
It wasn’t long before Reddit’s Internet detectives saw that there was clearly double the amount of whites, as well. There goes that karma. Best to make a new account now!
