When you’re an elementary school teacher, having your students say and write cute things is just one of many perks that come with working around kids. But once in a while, they surprise you in unpleasant ways too.
This teacher assumed she had gotten a birthday greeting from one of her students, but once she opened it she quickly realized it was more of a stern reminder to not think she is anyone special just because she had a birthday.
