Sports fans of a certain age probably remember Bo Jackson. An All-Star in both football and baseball, he played in the NFL and MLB simultaneously. Why are we telling you this? Because this next player is also a two-sport athlete, although they’re very different sports.
Quarterback Dan Pastorini played in the NFL from 1971 to 1983, and won a Super Bowl with the Oakland Raiders. When his football career was over in the mid-’80s, he transitioned to racing – a sport he’s been active in well into the late 2000s. Seen here is his Lamborghini Gallardo, which is pretty quick. How quick? Well, how do 570 horsepower sound?
