It is almost as if Bob Newhart was born to be a comedian. It wasn’t long before the actor landed two sitcoms, Newhart, that ran for eight years, and The Bob Newhart Show, that was on air for six. Things haven’t slowed down either. Bob recently appeared in the holiday film Elf where he took on the role as Papa Elf. In 2017 alone Bob was able to land several characters, including parts in the fantasy-adventure show The Librarians, and the sitcoms The Big Bang Theory, and Young Sheldon.
