New scam has been targeting owners of lost dogs

Something the people receiving text messages about their missing dogs noticed was that they were all very poorly written demands. The messages were commonly written in a combination of ‘text’ language and misspelled words.

With these similarities it seemed to suggest that the person responsible is is either the same person or is connected somehow to those taking other dogs. DogLost noticed they were receiving more and more comments from their users saying the same thing, they were receiving these poorly written demands.
