A lot of kids take gymnastic classes when they’re young, but it seems Gabby Douglas stood out from the crowd. By the time she turned, she had already won a state championship tournament. Gabby twirled and jumped herself all the way into the 2012 Olympics, where she became part of the ‘Fierce Five.’ She also became the first African-American woman to with the individual all-around tournament. Gabby has seriously broken some gymnastic barriers. Oh yeah, she’s only 23 years old.
