Unfortunately, things just went from bad to worse. In an attempt to broaden her appeal, Reid returned to TV, starring in recurring roles on programs like medical comedy “Scrubs.” While this was reasonably successful, her film acting continued to tank badly.

Her role in rom-com “My Boss’s Daughter” saw the actress receive two nominations at the Golden Raspberry Awards in 2004. One year later, she received yet another nomination, this time for her feature in the horror flick “Alone in the Dark.” Things weren’t going well at all.
