Tupac Shakur, known as 2Pac, was one of the most significant rappers in history, as an activist against inequality and addressing inner city social issues within his music. In 1996, 2Pac was the victim of a tragic incident, resulting in his untimely passing.
Since the, his estate has released 7 platinum albums and sold over 75 million records, making as recently as 2007 an estimated amount of $9 million. In addition, a biopic on the musician was released, titled ‘All Eyez on Me.’
