There is no doubt that Storm is a brave hero. However, Storm was a strong swimmer and there was no risk of harming befalling him. There are plenty of pets that have risked their lives in order to save their owners. Angel, also a golden retriever saved her owner Austin Forman’s life when the two of them were attacked by a cougar.
Angel fought off the cougar while Austin escaped. The golden retriever knew that she had to save her owner, even though that meant putting her own life at risk. Though Angel suffered several deep scratches and other injuries, she made a full recovery.
