It was during a family vacation that Lily’s mother noticed some behavior she thought was strange. The family had gone to Greece during the summer, and were expecting to enjoy the warm sun that is often found there.
Lily’s mom, Julie Ritchie, could tell something wasn’t right as her daughter was wearing a baggy t-shirt over her bikini, despite the scorching heat. Julie thought this was strange behavior and it was only during a previous vacation to Spain in 2016 that she noticed how curved her daughter’s spine had become.
