Willie Nelson plays the wise old uncle of the Duke boys. He lives on Duke Farm and offers advice to all his relatives who choose to stay with him, as well as providing for them. Luke and Bo run Jesse’s moonshine business for him, using the General Lee to smuggle the illegal drink to their customers. Jesse later gets kidnapped by Boss Hogg and Rosco in the hopes that the Duke boys will stop with their business. Jesse manages to escape and help the boys foil the county police department.
