Cecilia ends up becoming a member of the Camden’s extended family after dating Simon. It’s clear that she has strong feelings for him, as she even leaves another boyfriend with the hopes that she and Simon will get back together.
Cecilia spends a lot of time with the Camden family, even when Simon isn’t there, often helping around the house, babysitting the youngest two (twins), and staying for meals. This even makes Annie jealous, but she calms down after realizing Cecilia is only trying to help out.
