American gymnast Bart Conner had quite an impressive career, racking up 2 Olympic gold medals and one world championship. Not too shabby. His wife, however, is nothing short of legendary. Nadia Comăneci arrived at the 1976 Montreal Olympics as a ponytailed 14-year-old, and left a gold medalist and the first person to win a perfect 10 in Olympic gymnastics.
She’d later add four more gold medals to her tally, and two world championships. The two met in an international gymnastics meet in 1976, and then again 14 years later. They’ve been together since, got married in 1996, and had a son in 2006. Comăneci’s record is reflected by her net worth – $10 million – while Conner has $5 million.
