At least this dog doesn’t have to worry about getting a hot head during the summer. Perhaps the owner thought that if the dog had a shaved head, then it would trick it into believing it was actually much cooler than it was.
Now it just looks as though this dog has got a tiny head, or that someone transplanted another dog’s head onto this body. At least it doesn’t look as sad about its haircut as Oliver did when he got back from the groomer.
