After an engine exploded on a plane the passengers made one vital mistake

Pilot Shults had to fly the plane to safety with an engine missing and a hole in the side of the cabin. Sadly not everybody would return home safely from that flight, as one woman, Jennifer Riordan, was sucked halfway out of the window. This caused severe trauma to her body, and she later died of her injuries after being pulled back into the cabin by her fellow passengers. With the situation reaching critical danger, pilot Shults really had to act before it was too late for everybody on board.
