Ah, to be young and innocent. This little boy probably wanted to be just like his older brother, and he could hardly wait for his first day of school. That on the left is the face of hope and happy expectations.
Cut to a day later, and reality has sunk in. He doesn’t want to be a big boy anymore, he wants to go back to sleeping late and watching cartoons on TV. That on the right is the face of defeat. Funnily enough, we would likely get a similar set of photos if instead of a school boy, that was a school teacher.
