While there are certain factors contributing to the creation of excess skin you can’t really control – your age, for example – there are certain things you can do to avoid Jacqueline’s serious body image issues. You may want to lose as much as possible as quickly as possible, but that’s exactly what creates loose skin. Go slow – losing about one or two pounds per week – and your chances of avoiding it are that much better.
