The other thing you can do and not just do cardio training, even though it’s really fun, but integrate weight and strength training into your workout from the outset. That should help you build or maintain some muscle mass through your weight loss journey, and that should give it a better shape and definition, and avoid it sagging and getting you down despite your awesome accomplishments.
At the end of the day, however, our best advice is to love yourself just the way you are – even if you’re not perfect.
