If there was any single thing Jacqueline could tell her followers to help them as they take their own personal journeys through life, it would be to stop comparing yourself to others. Going through a long weight loss journey is like running a marathon, and you can’t focus on doing that if you’re constantly checking out the competition.
“I was so focused on everyone else,” she said, “that I never realized all of the amazing things that I was doing or just how far along I really had come myself!”
