Having gone through everything she had, Jacqueline came away with one surprising insight – losing weight will not magically make you happy. You may weigh less, she reasoned, but unless you resolve the things that were wrong with your relationship with food to begin with, you’re not going to be happy.
You have to dig deep and unravel what it was that got you there, tackle it head-on, and then – only then – do you have a chance at happiness. “Learning who I was and loving myself brought me happiness,” she revealed.
