Pets are great. They bring joy into a household and bring people together. That is if you actually get on with your roommate in the first place. By the looks of things, there was already bad blood between these two before the cats were even involved.
Along with this, we are pretty sure the roommate is subtly accusing them of stealing or harming their beloved cat in some way. Maybe they should try putting a few missing cat flyers up, rather than accusing their roomie.
