Lee Kifer is ranked number one out of all female fencers in the United States and number 3 in the world. She won 7 individual titles when she competed in the Pan American Championships. Kiefer is very dedicated to the sport and took a year off from the University of Notre Dame to prepare for the 2016 Olympics. Meinhardt is also an American foil fencer who attends the University of Notre Dame. He competed in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and he was ranked 16th in the world at the time.
