When you’re invited to a last-minute Halloween party, it can often be difficult to think of a costume. You scrabble around looking for something to make you look spooktacular, but you just don’t have anything to win the “best costume” award.
This person was obviously suffering from the same problem, but they weren’t going to let that get the better of them. Although they couldn’t find toilet paper to make them into a mummy, they did find some brown tape. That’ll do. It’s basically the same, right?
