This is Rex Ryan, the former New York Jets head coach who caught a lot of heat, and laughs, for his tattoo, of his wife in a green #6 jersey (at the time, no. 6 was worn by then-quarterback Mark Sanchez). According to reports, Ryan had the tattoo changed after he was let go from the Jets and began working for the Bills, and now his wife-tattoo is wearing a Bills jersey.
