As a single mother, Doria Ragland had little money to her name, so she had to find an apartment that would suit her budget. Because of this, her apartment was not a separate unit. The apartment was actually situated behind this beautiful two-bedroom house located on South Cloverdale Avenue in Mid-Wilshire.

The apartment previously served as the garage and the attic for this house but was later converted into living accommodation. This apartment was the perfect location for Meghan, as it was just a short walk away from her father’s work.

Although her parents had got a divorce, Meghan still wanted to spend time with her father. So, she decided to split her time between her mother’s apartment and her father’s ground floor flat located on Vista Del Mar Avenue in Hollywood.

This two-bedroom apartment had more than enough space for his kids to come and visit, and although it was situated in a rather rough neighborhood behind the iconic Hollywood strip, it’s location was ideal for Thomas’ career. This also meant that Meghan could easily walk to meet her father on television sets.
