This film’s title says it all. It’s a film about legendary boxer Muhammad Ali. The climax of the movie is when Ali, played by Will Smith, meets George Foreman during the “Rumble in the Jungle,” the 1974 meeting between the two when Ali took down Foreman, reclaiming the heavyweight title. The mistake in this movie could have been an actor misspeaking and no one noticing. During the fight scene, the ring announcer introduced Foreman out of the red corner and Ali from the blue. In both the real life and movie, the boxers are in the opposite corners, it’s just the wrong introduction.
