It looks like the person who abandoned their bike should have been a bit more careful about where they left it. Instead of checking to see if it was okay to leave their bike here, they just assumed it was.

Then, after noticing someone had ‘stolen’ their bike, they left a note appealing to the ‘thief’s’ decent side. It turns out it was their lack of common decency that caused their bike to be removed in the first place courtesy of the city.
