After leaving their tip and the note on their restaurant bill, the couple decided to leave immediately. They didn’t want to bring attention to the fact that they had left such a hefty tip, because they wanted their server to realize that they weren’t doing it for the fame or the recognition.
They just wanted to put a smile on the face of someone who had worked incredibly hard for them. However, Makenzie did post their experience on Facebook in the hope that other people will realize the hard work that goes into being a server.
