If you were anyone who was anyone in the 1970s in California, then the chances are that you were at Venice Beach. It has always been known for its bohemian spirit as free-thinking people from across the nation all come together.
However, this couple were one of the first two to give the beach its vibe. It was common to see people rollerblading up and down the sidewalks while those who wanted a fresh breath of adventure took to the waves to surf.
