In a country full of track runners, cyclists, and tennis players – Jade Jones is somewhat of an enigma, but that makes her even more exciting. As a professional taekwondo athlete, Jade dropped out of high school to pursue her professional career, and it certainly paid off. By 2010, she had made her professional debut at the European Taekwondo Championships and taken home the bronze medal. She then won the hearts of the nation when she won gold medals at both the 2012 Olympics in London, as well as the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
