Over the course of her swimming career, Rebecca Adlington set brand new Olympic, British, European and Commonwealth swimming records, which is kind of a big deal. With two gold medals and two bronze medals to her name, Adlington retired from the world of competitive swimming when she was just 23 in 2013, but that doesn’t mean she’s disappeared. Since then, Rebecca has worked on forming her own swimming school, raising her daughter, and becoming a regular swimming and sports commentator for the BBC television network – oh, and a TV star.
