Frankie is only a small character in 7th Heaven, but she makes a big impact. She’s one of Mary’s rebellious friends, along with her boyfriend, Johnny. We see the pair over three episodes as part of a bigger storyline, which ends with Frankie trying to find out if Johnny is cheating on her.
She leaves her baby, Mercy, with Mary to hunt down her man and confront him. However, their story comes to an end in the episode entitled Blind in Season 5.
