Compared to some of her co-stars, Fairuza Balk was a seasoned pro when she appeared in Almost Famous. She had her first film role as far back as 1983, with a more prominent part coming a few years later when she starred as Dorothy in fantasy flick Return to Oz.

Since then, Balk has shone in a number of films, and she’s still at it. In 2018, she appeared in thriller movie Hell Is Where the Home Is, while in 2019 she featured in several episodes of drama series Paradise City.
