Kelly had enough of the excuses and needed to get justice for her new friend. She made a call to the police and explained everything she knew about Rocco so far. Amazingly, they were able to track down the dog’s original owner.

He explained he had no idea how Rocco had got injured so badly, and that the dog had never been mistreated. The former owner also revealed that the harness was to help make sure that Rocco never ran away from home.
