It seemed as though Kelly and Rocco were both in for a long journey. Rocco’s wound was so large that vets warned it could take months for it to heal. Even then, he could be left with a huge scar for the rest of his life.

Kelly had to be extra careful to ensure she changed his bandages to help prevent the infection from ever returning. Thankfully, he was now in a loving home that would be the perfect place for this pooch to make his recovery.
