American model extraordinaire, Hannah, was born May 5, 1990. Over the years she has modeled for a considerable number of campaigns, including Ralph Lauren, American Eagle Outfitters, and Victoria’s Secret, as well as appearing on various swimsuit editions of Sports Illustrated. In July last year, Hannah tied the knot with New York Yankees star Derek Jeter, and have gone on to have a daughter, named Bella Raine, in summer this year. Recently Hannah is most known for hosting the junior spin-off of Project Runway.
