Either way, you get the point she’s making. If people want to run, that’s great, but why can’t they run somewhere else? She then said, “Why does half the ‘flippin’ city have to come to a ‘flippin’ standstill because ‘flippin’ Dave from Skem wants to put a sweatband on and ‘flippin’ limber up on ‘flippin’ Rodney street?” Again… we repeat… she never actually used the word “flippin.”
