“I just don’t get it. It’s Sunday. I ‘flipping’ work six days this week, I’m doing overtime, I’m tired, I’m ‘flippin’ starving, I haven’t seen my son since Friday, I’m all emotional.” As you can see, she’s basically saying all the things we mentioned earlier – that she works extremely hard, and that she’s working overtime.
Anyone who’s ever worked overtime knows how annoying it can be to get up on a Sunday – but if you are going to get up, at the very least your trip to work should be the least of your worries. That’s clearly what was getting under her skin. And plus, she hasn’t seen her son since Friday. That’s not fun either.
