Having beaten his vices with a clean victory, Brett Favre came out of rehab with a fire burning in his eyes. He decided that he would win the Packers a Super Bowl. In doing so, he gave the Packers their best season in over 30 years. The team was the NFL leader in scoring for the 1996 season and would go on to win the NFL NFC Championship with Favre at the head. The Packers played the Carolina Panthers, beating them 30-13.
